Terms of Service
Last updated 28 August 2026
This is not legal advice and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It is a reasonable starting set of terms for a small local service site, and it should be reviewed before the site takes real traffic.
Agreement to these terms
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms cover the website. They do not replace a signed estimate or contract for work, and where the two differ, the signed document governs.
What this website is
This site describes metal roofing services offered in Pima County, Arizona, and provides a way to ask for an estimate. Using it does not create a contract for work and does not oblige either of us to anything. Work begins only when a written estimate has been accepted.
Information on this site is general
The content here, including any pages about cost, materials, roof lifespan, maintenance and repair, is general information about metal roofing. It is written carefully but it is not advice about your specific roof, and it cannot be, because we have not seen your roof.
Do not make a decision about repairing, coating or replacing a roof on the basis of a web page. Have somebody get on the roof and look at it.
Estimates and pricing
Any figures shown anywhere on this site are general information, not an offer, and not our pricing. Prices for roofing work depend on the size of the roof, its pitch, the number of details on it, access, the condition of the deck underneath, the panel system selected and the cost of material at the time.
The only number that means anything is a written estimate for your property. A written estimate is valid for the period stated on it, and material pricing can change.
Safety
Roofing is dangerous work, and metal roofs in wet weather are exceptionally slippery. Nothing on this site is an instruction to get on your own roof. If you choose to, you do so at your own risk, and we accept no responsibility for it.
If water is entering near electrical fittings, switch off the circuit at the breaker. If a ceiling is sagging or holding water, keep people out of the room. If in doubt, call.
No warranty for the website
This website is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that everything on it is complete, correct or up to date, and we may change any part of it at any time.
Where the site refers to standards, materials, insurance or regulation, those things change. Confirm anything you intend to rely on.
Insurance and utility programs
Where this site mentions homeowners insurance, claims, or any utility or government program, that is general description only. Coverage, eligibility and any incentive amounts are set by your insurer or by the program, not by us, and they change. Confirm the current position directly with your insurer or with the program before relying on it. We do not file claims on your behalf and we do not advise on coverage.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Tucson Metal Roofing is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or from reliance on anything published on it. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not affect your rights under a signed contract for work.
Links to other sites
Where this site links to another website, that is for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs and design of this site belong to Tucson Metal Roofing or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for use elsewhere without asking.
Communications
If you send us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may reply by phone, text or email about your enquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time. See the privacy policy for more detail.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Pima County, Arizona.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one posted here, with the date at the top.

02Get started
Ask us anything
Tell us what the roof is doing. We will get on it, look properly, and put the answer in writing. If it does not need work yet, that is what the estimate will say.
Or call(520) 555-0100Mon to Fri, 6am to 3pm. Early hours are not a typo. Summer roofing here starts at first light and comes off the roof around midday.
