01What we do
Eight services, every one of them on metal.
Installation, replacement and repair are the core of the business and what most people call about. The rest exist because a roof does not always need one of the big three, and it is worth knowing that before you spend the money on one.
Everything here is metal. We do not install or repair concrete tile, clay tile, asphalt shingles, spray foam or built up flat roofs, and we do not take coating work on anything that is not metal. If that is what your house has, we will say so straight away.

Taking off a roof the sun has finished with and putting on one built to outlast it. Layers counted and deck repair priced before anything starts.

Fasteners, seams, flashings and panels. We trace the leak to where it actually enters before anything gets sealed, and we tell you when a repair is the wrong purchase.
Standing Seam Metal Roofing
No screws through the weather surface, and clips that let the panel move as it heats and cools. The expensive answer, and usually the right one on a Tucson house.
Metal Roof Coating and Restoration
For a roof that is sound but tired. Cleaning, rust treatment and a reflective coating that puts years back on. Metal roofs only.
Monsoon Storm and Leak Repair
Active leaks, lifted panels and storm damage in July and August. We trace it, stop it, and document what we find in case it goes to your insurer.
